Draft Surveying

Draft surveys are used to determine the weight of bulk cargo such as coal, alumina, iron ore, and grain, just to name a few.  Draft surveys are a convenient and economical means of ascertaining the quantity of cargo loaded or discharged from a vessel by reading its drafts.
